So far, the evolvement of AI has contributed to improvement of HR functions through streamlining of tasks that were once considered mundane and cumbersome. Though AI is a powerful tool, HR professionals must remain cognizant of ethical implications presented by use of automated tasks (i.e., applicant screening). As AI continues to be a driving force in today’s world, it is imperative that HR professionals are proactive in continuous development in terms of interpreting AI-generated data and insights, while tailoring AI services to meet the individual needs of their workforce and organization.
