    From Reaction to Response: Leading with Calm Awareness

    Come Join Us as we hear from Steve and Joanne Wright about how we can change our behaviors to practice leading with calm awareness. We will learn how to:

    1. Recognize how increasing stress and rapid change impact leadership behavior, communication, and decision-making.
    2. Increase self-awareness by identifying personal leadership tendencies and stress-response patterns using the Actualized Leadership Profile.
    3. Understand why leaders respond the way they do in challenging situations and how those responses affect others.
    4. Translate insight into intention, identifying one or two practical shifts they can make to lead more effectively.
    5. Apply self-awareness as a leadership tool to improve presence, relationships, and resilience in the workplace.
